Professional account
Every other account on Club TXP holds something owned. A Professional account holds mandate — scoped, dated and revocable permission from the people who do own it.
Firm and licence verified once through SafeQloud, then linked per capacity.
A Professional account never appears on a title and never carries a unit. What it carries is access — granted by an owner, a company or a board, scoped to named properties, and revocable the moment the relationship ends. That is the whole account: a balance of permissions rather than assets.
Who holds one
Some professionals are engaged for a transaction and finish when it completes. Others are engaged to run a property they do not own, and continue until the mandate is withdrawn. The account handles both, but they are not the same instrument.
Mandate is the balance.
A bank account shows money. A property account shows units. A Professional account shows permission — who granted it, over what, and when it ends.
Structure
A firm that both sells and manages is doing two regulated things, often under two licences. So the firm is registered once and each capacity holds its own account. Registry facts are inherited; approval is granted per capacity, per market.

The balance
Access is granted against named properties, never against a portfolio. A mandate names who granted it, what it covers and when it ends — and when it ends, the access ends with it while the record stays on the property.

Where the work comes from
Property owners do not search the internet for professionals. They look on the platform their property is already managed on — and they can only reach professionals who are verified. Requests arrive from accounts whose identity and property are already confirmed.
Illustrative requests. They are not leads and not advertising — they originate inside accounts that already exist, which is why they can only be routed to professionals who have been verified.
How to join
Verification happens once. After that the account operates without repeating any of it, in every market you practise in.
SafeQloud confirms the company and its signatories. Registry facts are recorded once and inherited by every capacity you later hold.
Register the licence for the profession you practise, in each market you practise it. Approval is granted per capacity, not per firm.
Owners, companies and boards grant scoped access against named properties. The mandate becomes your balance.
Why verification matters
A Professional account is the only account type that must be approved before it can do anything. Owners, companies and boards are told who they are dealing with, and no informal access is granted at any level — which is what makes a mandate worth holding.
