Every account on Club TXP is verified before it can be used. This page explains why, what you will be asked for, and what happens afterwards.
SECTION 01
Why verification is required
To be suppliedA short statement that identity verification is required by law and by the platform’s own standard, and that it protects every other account holder. Two or three sentences.
SECTION 02
What you will be asked for
To be suppliedBy account type: individuals — government photo identification and proof of address. Companies — registry details, beneficial ownership, and confirmation of signatory authority. Communities — the association’s registration and the elected board. Professionals — the above plus a licence for each capacity in each market.
SECTION 03
Verified once, then linked
To be suppliedVerification is performed by SafeQloud and linked thereafter, so the same identity is not re-submitted for each account or each brand in the ecosystem. Note that re-verification may be requested where circumstances change.
SECTION 04
Our regulatory position
To be suppliedA plain statement of what Club TXP is and is not. If the platform does not hold client funds, is not a deposit-taker and is not regulated as a financial institution, say so directly — its absence reads worse than its presence. Name any licensed counterparty that does handle payments.
SECTION 05
Records and contact
To be suppliedWhat verification evidence is retained, for how long, a link to the Privacy Policy for how it is handled, and the contact address for verification questions.
